Due to the nature of perishable food products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@davesgourmet.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace or refund any item (as well as the original shipping costs) that was damaged in transit or sent in error.
